People in Tibet are not allowed to have a picture of the Dalai Lama. In Tibet every house used to have a picture of Dalai Lama. After China took away the land of Tibet all their frames are empty. If the Tibetains have a picture of the Dalai Lama they will go to jail or prison. Now they have an empty frame to remind them of the Dalai lama.
